What You'll Do11
- 1Build and design care plans using Spark and Airflow for ETL pipelines
- 2Delegate tasks with appropriate supervision levels
- 3Assess physician orders and consult when necessary
- 4Document per department guidelines and maintain critical thinking records
- 5Establish therapeutic relationships while addressing cultural and spiritual barriers
- 6Coordinate transfers and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
- 7Teach skills to new nurses and students
- 8Utilize AWS hours requirement of 12/36 - 12 hour shifts
- 9Manage complex patient situations with some assistance
- 10Implement safe care for multi-system disease patients
- 11Act as preceptor and guide team members
Requirements11
- 1Graduate of nursing school
- 23 years clinical experience
- 3California Registered Nurse license
- 4AHA BLS certification
- 5Preferred ACLS certification
- 65+ years experience with Spark and Airflow
- 7Knowledge of delegation and supervision levels
- 8Ability to analyze social/cultural variables
- 9Demonstrated leadership in patient advocacy
- 10Experience with EHR documentation systems
- 11Commitment to Sharp's mission of patient-centered care
Salary Insight
$62 - $90k per year
