Leveling playing field for brands to deliver best consumer experience at scale.
What You'll Do10
- 1Serve as main HR contact and employee advocate for assigned FC location offering daily assistance on HR questions issues concerns including background checks new hire orientation training servicing requests people advocacy morale boosting activities and programs
- 2Work with 1P People Team locally organize ideas on issues develop execution plans and drive successful implementation
- 3Partner with 1P People Team to drive best-in-class programs for warehouse employee experience setting Stord apart from others
- 4Gauge employee engagement and facilitate discussions around improvement opportunities with warehouse managers and Employee Experience team
- 5Champion execute and monitor contributions that develop sustain workplace mirroring values and culture
- 6Collaborate with 1P People Team to develop plans promoting inclusive environment engaging enabling and energizing where associates can thrive
- 7Continuously analyze people data understand trends provide proactive engagement opportunities and solutions supporting business objectives adherence to policy and cultural values
- 8Develop strong working relationships with key leaders at warehouses to facilitate positive work environment drive continuous improvement
- 9Coach and advise managers on sensitive work-related issues conflict resolution interpretation of company policy culture and values leave accommodations and other employment-related topics
- 10Advise managers on best practices recommended approaches leveraging tools and people processes to maximize employee performance achieve organizational effectiveness improve employee engagement and ensure legal compliance
Requirements5
- 13+ years human resource experience or blend of operations and HR
- 2Support hourly employee client groups
- 3Experience in retail call center distribution center or manufacturing environments
- 4Proficiency with HRIS systems
- 5Bonus points: Completed bachelor degree understanding daily HR tasks associated with warehouse associates background checks onsite training HR questions performance attendance issues general wellbeing
