What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with multi-site leadership to understand specific HR needs and provide strategic guidance on employee relations performance management and policy adherence
- 2Lead and execute change management initiatives to support rapid organizational growth ensuring buy-in from staff and leadership
- 3Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment completing critical projects on time without sacrificing quality
- 4Facilitate clear communication conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues across warehouse workforce
- 5Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding processes across assigned sites ensuring smooth compliant transition
- 6Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and assist with pay-related inquiries resolving concerns promptly
- 7Provide HR solutions to address site-specific challenges related to high-volume staffing employee engagement retention and team performance
- 8Facilitate communication between employees and leadership maintaining open feedback lines ensuring positive inclusive work environment
- 9Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws including record-keeping reporting and auditing
- 10Prepare HR reports including turnover headcount and other metrics for analysis and strategic planning
- 11Coordinate and lead annual open enrollment process ensuring clear communication about benefit options and deadlines
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in Warehousing Logistics or Distribution
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 4Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday and ADP
- 5Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
