What You'll Do10
- 1Build recovery-oriented supports in clients' homes and community settings
- 2Provide peer mentoring to promote stabilization and wellness
- 3Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support person-centered care plans
- 4Facilitate development of natural supports and self-advocacy skills
- 5Deliver services in home and community settings as needed
- 6Support clients in achieving independence and reducing hospitalization risk
- 7Document progress and adjust plans in collaboration with supervisors
- 8Engage clients in navigating available community resources
- 9Promote harm reduction and resilience through evidence-based practices
- 10Contribute to a culture of recovery and hope within the PACT team
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Current Washington State Peer Counselor Credential (required)
- 3Personal lived experience with a behavioral health diagnosis
- 4Valid WA State Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable)
- 5Must be 21+ years of age to drive company vehicles
- 6Must obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor status through WA DOH upon hire
- 7Ability to work in home and community settings and travel across Everett area
