Overview

The role partners with clinical, admissions, facilities, and support teams to deliver welcoming orientation, housing coordination, and resource navigation. You will model healthy coping skills and guide members through recovery principles in a relationship-centered environment.

  • 1Build peer support and recovery coaching programs that create a welcoming member experience
  • 2Design and conduct facility tours and orientation for new members to ensure engagement
  • 3Coordinate housing placements and logistics to streamline transitions
  • 4Guide members through program expectations, services, and available resources
  • 5Collaborate with clinical, admissions, facilities, housekeeping, and support teams to promote member success
  • 6Maintain accurate documentation and support program operations and member services

Requirements10

  • 121 years or older
  • 2High school diploma or GED
  • 3Peer and Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) Certification required
  • 4Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) designation required
  • 5Minimum one year of peer support or related experience
  • 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
  • 7Lived recovery experience preferred
  • 8Experience in residential treatment or reentry programs preferred
  • 9Must be able to travel locally
  • 10Clear criminal background check
