Lead direct support for individuals in recovery in a residential behavioral health program. Own development of coping and daily living skills at a Philadelphia program with a mission-driven team. You will facilitate groups, track progress, and collaborate with community providers to advance participant goals. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and deliver direct support and coaching to participants during shifts, focusing on life skills, coping strategies, and daily living abilities.
  • 2Design and facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups to promote independence and wellness.
  • 3Drive progress toward Recovery Support Plan goals and document outcomes every 60 days.
  • 4Support crisis intervention, incident documentation, and accurate program记录
  • 5Review and ensure accuracy of documentation including observation checks, medication records, and shift notes
  • 6Enter census, demographic, intake, and billing information into agency systems with precision
  • 7Assess participant strengths and learning styles to tailor individualized growth plans
  • 8Collaborate with community agencies to coordinate services and resources
  • 9Promote a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered environment
  • 10Respond to maintenance, safety, and program concerns and take on additional duties as assigned

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma or GED
  • 2Minimum of two years of experience in the social service field
  • 3Valid drivers license
  • 4Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • 5Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges
  • 6Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely
  • 7Ability to support a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed environment
  • 8Preferred CPRP or CPS certifications
  • 9WRAP training
  • 10Experience in residential behavioral health or recovery-focused programs
