Pediatric Home Health Nurse, RN/LPN in Detroit Area
Overview
RN or LPN with pediatric home health experience to support a 4-month-old client in Auburn Hills, MI on day shifts. You will provide medical care, developmental activities, and family collaboration in a private duty setting. Join a mission-driven team focused on safe, compassionate, and family-centered care. What You'll Do5
- 1Build skilled nursing care including G-Tube and GJ-Tube feedings and medication administration
- 2Monitor vitals and symptoms, document in the EMR, and adjust care in collaboration with the clinical team
- 3Assist with ADLs and mobility to support development and safety
- 4Engage with the family to support tummy time, reading, and participating in therapies
- 5Coordinate with the care team to ensure consistent and quality patient outcomes
Requirements5
- 1Active RN or LPN license in Michigan
- 2Experience in home health or private duty nursing preferred
- 3Trach/Vent knowledge is helpful but training provided
- 4Comfort with transfers and lifting for play and therapy
- 5Compassionate, patient-centered approach to pediatric care
