What You'll Do7

  • 1Deliver individualized nursing care to patients in their homes, honoring their unique needs and preferences.
  • 2Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, documenting outcomes.
  • 3Monitor patient vitals and condition, adjusting care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • 4Educate patients and families on care procedures, medications, and health maintenance.
  • 5Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and interventions.
  • 6Communicate patient status and concerns to the appropriate medical staff and adjust care as needed.
  • 7Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.

Requirements7

  • 1Current MI Nursing License (LPN or RN).
  • 2Proven nursing experience in a clinical or home health setting.
  • 3High school graduate or GED.
  • 4Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • 5Compassionate with good communication skills.
  • 6Ability to pass a drug screen and clear background check.
  • 7Availability for 1st and 3rd shifts.
