- 7Float to various units and departments as needed

- 9Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health record systems
- 10Provide appropriate delegation to nursing staff and support personnel
- 11Uphold ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making standards
Requirements11
- 1Active RN license with current state privileges
- 2Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- 3Basic Life Support certification
- 4Graduate of Board of Nursing approved nursing program
- 5Physical ability to lift 35 pounds and perform patient transfers
- 6Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 7Experience with clinical documentation systems
- 8Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environment
- 9Knowledge of pediatric assessment and care principles
- 10Understanding of state-specific nursing licensure requirements
- 11Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement
