What You'll Do11
- 1Assess individual patient needs and monitor vital signs to identify health issues
- 2Maintain detailed patient reports and records accurately
- 3Report symptoms and changes in patient condition promptly
- 4Modify treatment plans based on patient responses
- 5Prepare patients for examinations and treatments
- 6Coordinate care with healthcare team members
- 7Supervise less skilled staff
- 8Educate families on health topics and disease prevention
- 9Administer medications with proper documentation
- 10Promote positive patient experiences
- 11Direct nursing operations in the emergency setting
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2One year experience in direct patient care setting
- 3RN-Registered Nurse license required
- 4BLS-CPR from AHA or Red Cross
- 5PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support from AHA
- 6ACLS from AHA
- 7Emergency Nurses Association Pediatric Course within 6 months
- 8Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months
- 9Trauma Nursing Core Course within 1 year
- 10Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course
- 11Knowledge of ANA standards and accrediting bodies
