What You'll Do11

Requirements11

  • 1Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license from California Board of Registered Nursing
  • 2Basic Life Support Provider and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider certifications
  • 3Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Provider certification from AHA
  • 4National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale proficiency within 30 days of hire
  • 5Completed Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course or equivalent within 6 months
  • 6Completed Current Trauma Nursing Core Course or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses within 6 months
  • 7Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience preferably in trauma settings
  • 8Bachelor's degree in Nursing or current enrollment in RN program with BSN completion within 2 years
  • 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
  • 10Ability to pass Basic Dysrhythmia course within 21 days of hire
  • 11Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced clinical environments
