What You'll Do11
- 1Provide nursing care for pediatric patients during specialty clinic visits

- 3Conduct telephone triage for symptom management and medication questions
- 4Coordinate care among patients, families, providers, and community resources
- 5Deliver disease-specific education to patients and caregivers
- 6Administer vaccines and collect laboratory specimens
- 7Assist with joint injections and specialty-specific treatments
- 8Facilitate referrals and coordinate specialty service authorizations
- 9Document encounters and communicate within electronic medical records
- 10Advocate for patient health and well-being

Requirements7
- 1Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program
- 2Current RN license with BSN preferred
- 3One year BLS certification
- 4Experience with pediatric care settings
- 5Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 6Ability to document effectively in EMR systems
- 7Commitment to patient-centered care
