Overview
Integrity Learning Center seeks a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver pediatric OT services in Danville Indiana. What You'll Do11
- 1Implement treatment plans created by a supervising Occupational Therapist
- 2Provide direct occupational therapy services to children under supervision
- 3Assist children in developing fine motor visual motor sensory processing self-care play and daily living skills
- 4Collect data and monitor client progress toward established goals
- 5Collaborate with Occupational Therapists Speech-Language Pathologists BCBAs and other team members
- 6Prepare treatment materials and implement individualized intervention plans
- 7Educate families on home program activities as directed by supervising OT
- 8Maintain accurate documentation per company state and payer requirements
- 9Participate in team meetings trainings and professional development
- 10Demonstrate high integrity and align with company core values
- 11Support positive collaborative learner-focused therapy environment
Requirements7
- 1Associate Degree from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- 2Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- 3NBCOT certification required
- 4Ability to work under supervision of licensed Occupational Therapist
- 5Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- 6Energetic personality enjoys working with children
- 7Experience with developmental disabilities or Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
