What You'll Do11
- 1Provide direct OT services under supervision
- 2Develop treatment schedules aligned with family and program needs
- 3Contribute to IEP development and evaluation updates
- 4Implement individualized educational programs per IEP guidelines
- 5Educate students parents and staff on therapeutic strategies
- 6Serve as communication liaison between teachers and district personnel
- 7Document progress using program-specific tracking systems
- 8Deliver classroom-based therapies in both special and general education settings
- 9Maintain confidentiality and accurate records for all student interactions
- 10Travel locally to deliver services across multiple school sites
- 11Complete continuing education to sustain licensure and certification
Requirements10
- 1Valid COTA license with Pennsylvania state clearance
- 2Child abuse clearance documentation
- 3Fingerprint clearance through FBI process
- 4Tuberculosis test result
- 5Completed Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004
- 65+ years experience with COTA certification
- 7Proficiency in Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 8Ability to lift 50 pounds with additional capacity for 25 pound loads
- 9Strong gross and fine motor coordination for student safety
- 10Commitment to ongoing professional development
