What You'll Do10
- 1Build high quality dent repairs on a variety of vehicles using PDR techniques
- 2Ensure repairs meet Carvana quality standards and customer expectations
- 3Collaborate with the reconditioning team to keep workflow on track during peak periods
- 4Diagnose dent conditions and select appropriate repair approach for steel and aluminum panels
- 5Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition and log maintenance activity
- 6Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to operate in a production environment
- 7Plan and adapt work to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- 8Assist in training junior technicians on repair techniques and best practices
- 9Document repair details for vehicle records and inspections
- 10Support overtime schedules when required to satisfy customer commitments
Requirements10
- 15+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
- 2Proficiency with advanced glue‑pulling techniques and hail repair
- 3Ability to repair dents on both steel and aluminum panels
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast paced environment
- 5Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
- 6Must be at least 18 years old
- 7English literacy for documentation and communication
- 8Willingness to work mandatory overtime when business needs require
- 9Experience with safety equipment usage including face shields, gloves, and masks
- 10Demonstrated teamwork and customer‑focused mindset
