What You'll Do5
- 1Build and repair auto body panels across multiple sections of the vehicle to restore structural integrity and appearance
- 2Design and perform heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, and stud welding on mid to large area damage
- 3Lead or support team tasks in the shop to ensure timely completion of repairs
- 4Ship finished vehicles to inspection stages with attention to quality benchmarks and customer expectations
- 5Drive safety compliance and use of protective gear in all repair operations
Requirements5
- 1Must have at least 3 years of professional autobody repair experience
- 2Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate vehicle equipment safely
- 3Valid driver's license and ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- 4Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background checks
- 5Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required by business needs
