What You'll Do7
- 1Build and execute body repairs on heavy plastic welding and structural panels
- 2Lead teams in executing large area bodywork including Bondo repair
- 3Utilize Spark and Airflow to automate repetitive tasks
- 4Train junior technicians and mentor experienced staff
- 5Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- 6Collaborate with inspection centers to maintain high-quality standards
- 7Optimize workflow efficiency to meet tight deadlines
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex auto body projects
- 3ASE certification preferred
- 4Valid driver's license and ability to lift 60 pounds
- 5Proven experience with heavy plastic welding and stud welding
- 6Strong knowledge of roof and rocker panel repair techniques
- 7Excellent teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
