PDR Technicians will own advanced dent repair operations at Carvana's Sacramento center, handling glue-pulling, hail repair, and body-line restoration on steel and aluminum panels with state of the art tools. What You'll Do5
- 1Build high quality dent repairs using glue-pulling and PDR techniques to restore vehicle panels to original condition
- 2Shape and repair creases and lines on steel and aluminum bodies while maintaining structural integrity
- 3Diagnose damage in a fast paced environment and apply targeted repair plans to meet time and quality goals
- 4Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflows and on time delivery of repaired vehicles
- 5Maintain tools and equipment in top condition and adhere to safety standards during all procedures
Requirements5
- 15+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
- 2Proven ability to perform glue-pulling and hail repair on steel and aluminum panels
- 3Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a production environment
- 4Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- 5Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
