What You'll Do11
- 1Run daily weekly and monthly reports
- 2Review and audit employee data from Self Service and Onboarding systems
- 3Respond to questions and resolve pay discrepancies
- 4Calculate retroactive pay adjustments
- 5Verify and audit information before payroll transmission
- 6Process manual checks when necessary
- 7Advise and mentor team members on complex payroll issues
- 8Resolve payroll timekeeping and tax related problems
- 9Answer help‑desk tickets
- 10Own and scale payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions
- 11Maintain compliance with state specific regulations
Requirements7
- 13+ years payroll experience with WORKDAY platform
- 2Moderate to advanced Excel proficiency
- 3Basic knowledge of multi‑state payroll laws
- 4Proven customer service excellence with strong phone skills
- 5Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 61+ year direct experience with Workday Payroll
- 7Certification such as CPC Card or AWS Certified relevant to finance
