Lesley University seeks a Payroll Specialist to lead on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processes at scale. Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Workday Certified professional with payroll expertise
- 3Federal Work Study experience required
- 4AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- 55+ years designing and scaling payroll solutions
- 63-5 seasons leading complex projects
- 7Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 8Proficiency in data-driven decision making
- 9Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- 10Excellent communication skills across diverse groups
