- 5Handle Puerto Rico payroll with adherence to local regulations
- 6Administer deductions benefits and 401(k) plans
- 7Serve as subject matter expert for Paylocity configuration and troubleshooting
- 8Partner with HR on hiring termination and compensation changes
- 9Support Finance with payroll reconciliations audits and reporting
- 10Ensure compliance with federal state and Puerto Rico payroll laws
- 11Maintain payroll records and prepare audit reports
Requirements6
- 15+ years of progressive payroll management experience
- 2Proven experience with multi-state payroll administration
- 3Required experience processing payroll in Puerto Rico
- 4Advanced expertise in Paylocity payroll processing
- 5Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance regulations
