Own the patient arrival experience and front desk operations for ophthalmology clinics across the network at scale. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet patients and visitors warmly in person or by telephone
- 2Check patients in and out and verify insurance
- 3Schedule clinic and surgical appointments including pre and post-operative visits
- 4Review all paperwork with patients and obtain consents for procedures
- 5Collect payments and maintain accurate patient medical records
- 6Assist with maintaining an organized front desk and smooth patient flow
- 7Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient care
- 8Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional service
- 9Maintain confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- 10Support quality improvement initiatives at the front desk
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Detail oriented reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Medical Front Desk experience preferred
- 5Monday through Friday schedule
- 6Dedicated to creating a quality patient experience
