Overview
HonorHealth Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Patient Care Technician PCT for per diem night shifts in Scottsdale AZ. You will support nursing care and patient comfort for adults with brain injuries spinal cord injuries neurological disorders and other complex conditions. What You'll Do5
- 1Build patient care routines under RN supervision to support mobility hygiene and nourishment
- 2Transport patients to treatment areas and assist with transfers using stretchers and wheelchairs
- 3Dress bathe and provide oral feeding care to patients
- 4Respond to patient calls and complete hourly rounds to support safety and comfort
- 5Participate in patient turning/repositioning and assist with care documentation
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Hospital experience as a patient care technician nursing assistant or related field
- 3Active BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment
- 4Ability to perform patient transfers and assist with daily living activities
- 5Eligible for part-time/PRN shift eligibility and 401k based on hours
