What You'll Do11
- 1Perform treatments according to policy and procedure
- 2Provide patient care appropriate to age mobility acuity and culture
- 3Function appropriately during clinical emergencies
- 4Participate in practice changes based on performance improvements
- 5Follow isolation guidelines and enforce safety regulations
- 6Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
- 7Assist in delivering patient care under registered nurse supervision
- 8Document and report procedures accurately
- 9Identify patient needs and collaborate with healthcare teams
- 10Obtain nursing histories and report abnormalities
- 11Support team duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1High School Graduate or Equivalent
- 21+ years of relevant patient care experience
- 3Basic Life Support - CPR Certification
- 4Certified Nurse Assistant or Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant
- 5Physical stamina for standing and moving
- 6Ability to follow complex instructions
- 7Strong communication skills
- 8Commitment to continuous learning
