What You'll Do5
- 1Perform treatments according to policy and procedure providing patient care appropriate to age mobility acuity and culture
- 2Respond to clinical emergencies and implement practice improvements aligned with quality standards
- 3Follow isolation guidelines demonstrate proper use of protective equipment perform handwashing and enforce safety regulations
- 4Collaborate with nurses to deliver patient care maintain clean safe environments and document procedures accurately
- 5Participate in obtaining nursing histories report abnormalities and assist with identifying patient needs
Requirements5
- 1High School Graduate or Equivalent required
- 2Basic Life Support CPR certification required
- 3Certified Nurse Assistant CNA or equivalent medical experience preferred
- 4Physical stamina to work rotating shifts including early morning hours
- 5Current licensure as a Certified Patient Care Technician or similar certification required
