What You'll Do6

  • 1Take vital signs, weights, heights, intakes, and outputs accurately within the set timeframe
  • 2Document all care activities in the electronic medical record
  • 3Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
  • 4Help patients turn, reposition, and move between bed and wheelchair
  • 5Listen to patient health concerns and report them to nursing staff
  • 6Interact effectively with patients and families to ensure comfort and clarity

Requirements11

  • 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 20-1 year experience in patient care or elder care preferred
  • 3BLS certification preferred
  • 4Certified Medical Assistant preferred
  • 5Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician certification preferred
  • 6LNA (New Hampshire) preferred
  • 7Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
  • 8Knowledge of medical terminology
  • 9Strong patient/customer service skills
  • 10Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
