What You'll Do9
- 1Build patient check in and check out workflows to ensure accuracy and speed
- 2Design and execute processes for collecting and posting insurance payments and maintaining patient accounts
- 3Own the organization of medical records and documentation to support compliant care
- 4Ship a clean, safe work environment following infection control policies and procedures
- 5Drive coordination with physicians and staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times
- 6Lead prioritization of tasks and issue resolution in a fast paced setting
- 7Assist with basic computer tasks and data entry to support front office operations
- 8Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments
- 9Maintain schedules and ensure adherence to safety requirements

- 1High school or equivalent required
- 2Previous front office experience preferred but not required
- 3Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- 4Monday to Friday 8 hour shifts no weekends or holidays
- 5Onsite, full-time role in Phoenix, AZ
