What You'll Do11
- 1Provide exceptional customer service per AGI and airline standards to ensure satisfaction throughout the journey
- 2Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during all passenger interactions
- 3Handle ticket reservations fare computations and baggage processing efficiently
- 4Coordinate with ground teams to meet aircraft close-out times and complete required documentation
- 5Manage lost and found activities and process claims for damaged or lost items
- 6Answer flight schedule inquiries and provide general travel information to passengers
- 7Perform gate meetings and document passenger details for boarding procedures
- 8Verify visa documentation and resolve reservation-related issues
- 9Maintain accurate flight movement messages between ground staff and flight crews
- 10Accept and manage dangerous goods according to safety regulations
- 11Report hazards or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certification in Customer Communication and Baggage Handling
- 3Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces
- 4Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and navigate jetway stairs
- 5Experience with radio equipment and airport security procedures
- 6Valid work authorization for US or Canadian employment
- 7Proficiency in basic mathematics for transaction processing
- 8Strong time management skills for efficient task completion
- 9High school diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
- 10Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to fast-paced environments
- 11Commitment to safety and security protocols in all duties
