What You'll Do7
- 1Assist passengers with boarding the aircraft including moving them down and up the jetbridge
- 2Support isle chair transfers on the aircraft while maintaining a friendly attitude
- 3Push wheelchair passengers down and up the jetbridge and ensure wheel brakes are in place before exit
- 4Complete wheelchair or incident reports as needed
- 5Follow dispatcher gate orders
- 6Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and airport authorities
- 7Exceed customer service standards and handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements8
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2Authorized to work in the United States
- 3Background and drug screening clearance
- 4Ability to lift 75 pounds and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300 pounds
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Experience in customer service preferred
- 7Professional appearance with clean grooming and appropriate attire
- 8Clean approved uniforms must be worn on shift
