Cambio seeks a Partner Strategy Analyst to lead data quality assurance for its SaaS platform serving leading institutions. The role owns end-to-end processes for onboarding clients and transforms raw data into accurate inputs while supporting quantitative analytics and compliance tracking. What You'll Do9
- 1Support onboarding for large institutional clients by assessing data sources and creating tailored onboarding plans
- 2Work with asset and property management teams to automate data collection and ensure smooth ingestion
- 3Oversee end-to-end data quality assurance transforming raw data into standardized inputs and resolve product engineering issues
- 4Own quantitative analytics delivery to customers ensuring complete accuracy and high-quality outputs
- 5Build and maintain building-level benchmarks using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager providing defensible performance views
- 6Track jurisdiction-specific BEPS requirements such as NYC Local Law 97 and translate compliance pathways into actionable guidance
- 7Support enterprise sustainability reporting across GRESB TCFD and CDP frameworks ensuring accurate data flow
- 8Manage documentation collection and coordinate with building science teams for successful analysis delivery
- 9Coordinate communication workflows for major accounts to drive customer success
Requirements10
- 1Strong quantitative background with 2+ years consulting data analytics or finance experience
- 2Data-obsessed mindset thriving with Excel and unstructured datasets
- 3Bachelor's degree in any field with proven analytical abilities
- 4Familiarity with building benchmarking programs like ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager
- 5Understanding of BEPS regulations such as NYC Local Law 97 or DC BEPS
- 6Experience with SQL or programming is a bonus
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Collaborative team player prioritizing collective success
