What You'll Do11

- 5Track portfolio performance metrics and prepare recurring reports
- 6Develop investment budgets strategic plans and asset valuations

- 8Prepare market research data analysis and client communications
- 9Execute recapitalizations refinancing and disposition activities
- 10Manage capital expenditure execution and platform company strategy
- 11Drive operational improvements and enhance asset performance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Proven ability to work in a team driven environment
- 5Solid academic background with strong understanding of accounting finance and economics
- 6Demonstrated commitment to professional development
- 7Real estate coursework or demonstrated interest in real estate investing
