Data Analyst Associate - Private Equity Real Estate Tech
Overview
Lead analytical tool development for real estate and private equity operations at BXTI. Solve business challenges by bridging strategy and technology execution while advancing Blackstone's data platform. Own initiatives from inception to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business value.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead intake and refinement of technology and data asks related to deal tracking and portfolio monitoring.
- 2Identify opportunities for better tooling and automation to increase adoption and reduce manual work.
- 3Conduct business analysis and stakeholder sessions focusing on Real Estate workflows.
- 4Coordinate with technology organizations to document best practices and champion sustainable data practices.
- 5Develop and maintain analytical software solutions using Python and SQL ensuring code quality and security.
- 6Manage end-to-end data lifecycle for AI and analytics workflows with proper access controls and compliance.
- 7Promote data analytics culture through talks and training sessions for technology and business teams.
- 8Collaborate with platform and engineering teams on deployment workflows and CI/CD concepts.
Requirements6
- 13 years in data analysis or data science with fluency in Python and SQL.
- 2Experience in financial technology with preference for alternative asset management and real estate.
- 3Advanced analytical skills including statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- 4Proficiency in data governance, quality, and integration best practices.
- 5Skills in Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- 6Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance Economics or related field.
Salary Insight
