Business Analyst, Real Estate Analytics
Overview
Own data collection, consolidation, and reporting for Americas Real Estate Services Analytics, delivering repeatable standard and customized reports to UBS service owners and stakeholders. Build Power BI dashboards and automated workflows with Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, and Alteryx. Collaborate with a team of analysts to support real estate and corporate services across travel, workplace, and lease administration. This role requires onsite presence in New York City or Weehawken, NJ, at least 3 days per week.
What You'll Do8
- 1Build and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance metrics and department scorecards.
- 2Design automated data workflows using Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx, and Power Automate to streamline data consolidation and reporting.
- 3Collect data from multiple internal and external sources, ensure accuracy, and deliver reports within agreed timelines.
- 4Maintain documentation for dataflows, mappings, and processes, ensuring transparency and reproducibility.
- 5Review data quality, resolve output and mapping issues with suppliers, and escalate SLA breaches.
- 6Produce ad-hoc reports and trend analyses for service programs including travel, corporate card, and workplace services.
- 7Collaborate with analytics teams to share best practices and drive innovation, incorporating AI trends into deliverables.
- 8Support the analytics lead with performance analyses and consult with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- 2Substantial understanding of data process flows and ability to blend data for dashboard design.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric.
- 4Experience with Alteryx and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- 5Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- 6Excellent documentation and attention to detail, with experience creating reports and presentations.
- 7Ability to communicate complex concepts to nontechnical users.
- 8Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
