Overview
We are seeking an optimistic fast paced candidate with drive to meet daily goals at Goodwill of Colorado in Denver Colorado. This part time role processes donated clothing into inventory to be sold on the sales floor. Candidates should have knowledge of clothing brands and quality. Minimum production quotas apply.
What You'll Do11
- 1Sort donated textiles by season color and quality
- 2Inspect textiles for good saleable condition
- 3Hang size price and tag items using Z-racks
- 4Make pricing decisions based on quality and value research
- 5Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers
- 6Follow retail center policies and safety procedures
- 7Cross train in other departments as required
- 8Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 9Ship and deliver inventory as needed
- 10Unpack and organize new donations
- 11Drive operational efficiency in textile processing
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2One year retail experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift heavy items occasionally
- 4Strong attention to detail and decision making skills
- 5Knowledge of basic technologies for company standards
- 6Experience with dolly and pallet jack usage
- 7Flexible schedule including weekends evenings and holidays
- 8Effective communication with customers managers and peers
