Part-Time Swim Instructor, Kids Water Safety (Clear Lake)
Overview
You`ll teach kids ages 6 months to 12 years water safety and swim skills at a top-rated swim school. What You'll Do6
- 1Train with a mentor to master our proven swim instruction methods and apply them in your first 30 days.
- 2Teach weekly swim lessons to kids of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years, adapting to each age group`s energy.
- 3Build positive, trusting relationships with students and parents through clear communication and encouragement.
- 4Maintain constant vigilance and enforce safety rules for everyone in and around the pool.
- 5Cheer on student milestones and celebrate their progress to keep motivation high.
- 6Stay active and engaged during lessons, often in the water, to demonstrate techniques and ensure safety.
Requirements6
- 16 months of experience teaching or caring for children, or equivalent passion for working with kids.
- 21+ years of customer service or team-based work preferred but not required.
- 3Comfortable in the water and able to stay active on your feet for extended periods.
- 4Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication skills.
- 5Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
- 6Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but we provide paid training.
Salary Insight
