What You'll Do7
- 1Build client relationships through clear communication with employer and clients.
- 2Manage your calendar efficiently and book lessons to maximize your schedule.
- 3Perform high-quality swim lessons for clients ages 6 months and up.
- 4Upsell new packages and generate referrals from existing clients.
- 5Maintain a reliable and safe teaching environment at all times.
- 6Drive to client locations across Dallas and surrounding areas.
- 7Track lesson completions and report bi-weekly for direct deposit.
Requirements10
- 13+ years of swim instruction experience with all ages.
- 221+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable car.
- 3Located in the DFW area (specified cities).
- 4Available evenings and weekends.
- 5Clear background check (no prior hits).
- 6CPR and WSI certifications for child and adult, plus safety coaching online through Red Cross.
- 7Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients.
- 8Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 9Self-motivated with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
