Overview
You will teach private and small group swim lessons at clients' homes and community pools across Washington, DC. What You'll Do7
- 1Teach private 1-on-1 and small group swim lessons at client homes and community pools
- 2Design custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style
- 3Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adjust lessons to meet goals
- 4Deliver a fun, structured, and trackable learning experience for students and clients
- 5Ensure student safety through constant supervision and adherence to CPR and First Aid protocols
- 6Travel safely to and from pool locations within your chosen radius
- 7Schedule lessons with flexibility, managing your own calendar and client communications
Requirements8
- 12+ years of swim instruction experience
- 218+ years old or older
- 3CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- 4Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client pools
- 5US work authorization and based in the US
- 6Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults
- 7Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans
- 8Clear background check
