Overview

You will deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups using the RCA Care Model at our Monroeville location, supporting patients through coaching and sustained engagement. You will work Sunday-Wednesday, 1:00pm-7:00pm, collaborating with a clinical team and the RSS team. This role focuses on facilitating recovery groups and promoting patient safety. You will build skills in evidence-based models and cross-train for RSS support, making an impact in a mission-driven addiction treatment center.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups using the RCA Care Model with fidelity.
  • 2Coach patients to build skills for sustained engagement in treatment.
  • 3Escalate patient safety concerns to the treatment team promptly.
  • 4Participate in supervision sessions with the Clinical Director.
  • 5Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way, in and outside group settings.
  • 6Complete group notes and all required documentation within deadlines.
  • 7Attend staff meetings and trainings to support evidence-based models.
  • 8Cross-train for RSS duties and support operational needs like rounding and safety searches.
  • 9Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements7

  • 1Associate's degree or meet minimum state education requirements.
  • 22+ years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
  • 3Experience in group facilitation.
  • 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 5Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • 7Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
