Group Facilitator, Substance Abuse & Addiction Counseling

You will deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups using the RCA Care Model at our Monroeville location, supporting patients through coaching and sustained engagement. You will work Sunday-Wednesday, 1:00pm-7:00pm, collaborating with a clinical team and the RSS team. This role focuses on facilitating recovery groups and promoting patient safety. You will build skills in evidence-based models and cross-train for RSS support, making an impact in a mission-driven addiction treatment center.

Full-time exempt role overseeing PHP and IOP care delivering group psychotherapy and counseling for mental health and substance use disorders. Facilitate psychoeducational groups and collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based curriculum. Provide crisis intervention and maintain HIPAA compliance.

You will own a caseload of patients as a counselor and case manager within a multidisciplinary team, delivering group, individual, and family sessions while driving treatment plans and documentation. The role operates across Southeast Michigan, based at Plymouth with travel to other locations as needed. You will work evenings (3pm-11pm full-time or 5pm-10:30pm part-time) in a structured, trauma-informed environment.
