What You'll Do11
- 1Lead shifts and manage sales floor including retail cash wrap and café areas
- 2Maintain cleanliness food safety and brand presentation standards
- 3Monitor sales and labor to achieve business goals
- 4Serve as point of contact during manager absences
- 5Create welcoming inclusive environment for all guests
- 6Support scheduling training and onboarding new team members
- 7Coach and support team members to drive performance
- 8Communicate effectively with internal teams like HR payroll and IT
- 9Manage inventory merchandising and operational processes
- 10Utilize POS systems such as MICROS for transactions and reporting
- 11Collaborate on employee relations matters
Requirements7
- 1Must be 18 years or older
- 2High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3Previous experience in retail restaurant or hospitality environments
- 4Strong communication and team-building abilities
- 5Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
- 6Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- 7Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
