What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
- 2Manage the shipment process, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
- 3Support production goals by completing product-finishing projects, such as enrobing or decorating chocolates.
- 4Execute sales and register duties, including gift wrapping, shelf restocking, and in-shop order fulfillment.
- 5Drive store sales by making helpful recommendations based on customer preferences.
- 6Maintain in-store compliance and loss prevention standards through vigilance and adherence to protocols.
- 7Follow merchandising and food safety protocols to ensure product quality and presentation.
- 8Assist store managers with visual merchandising setups and other store-related projects.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of retail sales or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 2Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- 3Reliability and flexibility with scheduling based on store needs, including evenings and weekends.
- 4Quality-minded with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- 5Passionate about chocolate and eager to share that passion with customers.
- 6Physical stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, with the ability to bend, squat, and reach up high.
- 7Capability to lift 15-40 pounds and move quickly between tasks.
- 8Ability to multitask efficiently while staying organized during peak periods.
