Chocolate Advisor, Retail Store - Nashville
Overview
You will own the in-store customer experience at Lindt's Nashville location, driving sales through product knowledge and engagement. What You'll Do7
- 1Drive weekly, monthly sales targets by using product knowledge and Lindt-specific selling techniques.
- 2Exceed individual sales goals including ADS, conversion, and other KPIs from day one.
- 3Promote current marketing programs and use company resources to increase selling activity.
- 4Escalate customer or product issues to management in a timely, professional manner.
- 5Take ownership of cash management, including POS operations, paperwork, and vendor logs.
- 6Restock shelves, monitor date codes and pricing, and maintain store cleanliness.
- 7Comply with all quality assurance policies and procedures.
Requirements7
- 1High School graduate or equivalent.
- 2Prior retail experience, preferably in specialty retail.
- 3Ability to interact positively with customers and take direction.
- 4Basic math and accounting skills.
- 5Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly, 35 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally.
- 6Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms.
- 7Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
