- 8Collaborate with maintenance to address equipment issues and support preventive maintenance
- 9Champion lean manufacturing principles using BCOS and continuous improvement methodologies
- 10Perform physical duties including standing for extended periods in challenging environments
- 11Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sustainability goals
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing production teams
- 3High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years manufacturing experience
- 4Strong English communication skills for cross-functional interactions
- 5Ability to lift 60 lbs unassisted and work in non-climate controlled environments
- 6Experience with cocoa dust, debris, grease and slippery surfaces
- 7Proven track record in food safety certification and quality management
