What You'll Do11
- 1Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service using strong product knowledge and barista skills
- 2Make and serve hot and cold beverages including the signature drinking chocolate meeting company quality standards
- 3Display and package pastries following company quality standards
- 4Develop thorough understanding of L.A. Burdick products and brand experience
- 5Process orders and accurately handle cash register operations
- 6Uphold operational standards including inventory rotation and maintaining clean aesthetic environment
- 7Follow all food safety and safety guidelines and regulations
- 8Work in fast-paced service environment as a good listener honest and responsible teammate
- 9Maintain professional dress and presentation
- 10Collaborate effectively in a team environment
- 11Reliable availability for some weekends and evenings
Requirements5
- 1Proficiency with espresso machine cash register and other equipment
- 2Ability to bend squat twist and reach above shoulder level and below waist level
- 3Experience standing and walking for full shifts
- 4Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
