What You'll Do11
- 1Greet all customers boarding the shuttle providing friendly professional service
- 2Safely drive customers to destinations while adhering to traffic laws
- 3Complete all required documentation and vehicle checklists
- 4Report maintenance concerns and document any damage or accidents immediately
- 5Assist customers with mobility issues using wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- 6Maintain clean shuttles and parking areas
- 7Follow driver expectations such as two-minute waits and proper shuttle stops
- 8Cover other parking functions including office shuttle and maintenance
- 9Valet greeters greet customers and proactively offer assistance
- 10Help customers find locations and assist with exiting vehicles using lifts
- 11Track vehicle movements and record financial transactions for valet services
Requirements7
- 1No degree or diploma required
- 2Valid state driver's license
- 3Driving record with four points or less
- 4Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles
- 5Two years of customer service experience
- 6High school diploma or GED preferred
- 7Minimum 24 hour scheduled day shift
