Parking Compliance Associate, OSU Campus
Overview
You will enforce parking rules across The Ohio State University campus, issuing citations and assisting parkers. You'll work with a handheld ticket system and coordinate with university police. What You'll Do10
- 1Monitor metered, pay-to-park, and permit areas, issuing citations for violations
- 2Accurately enter citation details using a handheld ticket issuance system
- 3Maintain and care for company-issued equipment, reporting damage to the shift supervisor
- 4Interface with university police and other university personnel as needed
- 5Check enforcement vehicles and perform routine maintenance like charging EV and inflating tires
- 6Operate and troubleshoot computer equipment, two-way radios, and handheld devices
- 7Compile citation data including violation type, location, and license plate number
- 8Provide excellent customer service, assisting parkers with questions and directions
- 9Supervise contracted vendors during vehicle towing and removal
- 10Clean vehicles before and after each shift and stock supplies as needed
Requirements9
- 120+ years old
- 2Valid driver's license for 3+ years
- 3High school degree preferred
- 41+ year related experience preferred
- 5Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively
- 6Ability to drive standard or automatic transmission vehicles
- 7Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 8Sound judgment and professionalism in interactions
- 9Maintain a neat and clean appearance per company standards
