What You'll Do7
- 1Direct patrons to available parking spots, managing vehicle flow.
- 2Issue tickets to customers, recording required information accurately.
- 3Process exception transactions like lost tickets and grace period tickets per company policy.
- 4Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transactions by rate, vehicles in and out, and contract parkers.
- 5Deliver the company greeting, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank each customer.
- 6Handle small cleaning or maintenance tasks per company checklists.
- 7Support special projects assigned by location management.
Requirements7
- 1At least 18 years old.
- 2Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
- 3Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 4Professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
- 5Available to work weekends, mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- 61+ year of customer service experience preferred.
- 7Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
