Parking Attendant, Baltimore
Overview
You will direct patrons to parking spots and issue tickets at a busy Baltimore facility. You will handle exception transactions and complete shift paperwork to keep operations running. You will deliver friendly service to every customer, answering questions and resolving issues. This part-time role offers free parking and flexible evening and weekend shifts. What You'll Do6
- 1Direct patrons to available parking spots and issue tickets, recording required information on each ticket.
- 2Process exception transactions such as lost tickets and grace period tickets per company policy, including completing applicable forms.
- 3Complete daily shift paperwork by recording transactions by rate, vehicle counts, contract parkers, left-in vehicles, validated tickets, and exceptions.
- 4Greet each customer with the company greeting, answer questions, resolve issues, and thank them upon exit.
- 5Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to company checklists when asked by local management.
- 6Support special projects assigned by location management.
Requirements8
- 118 years or older.
- 2High School degree preferred but not required.
- 3Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- 4Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 5Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with employees and customers.
- 6Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- 7Available for mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- 81+ year customer service experience (preferred).
