Overview

What You'll Do11

  • 1Review and update agency p-card policies while recommending necessary changes
  • 2Maintain comprehensive p-card files and ensure audit readiness
  • 3Coordinate card requests relinquishments and special requests
  • 4Orient new cardholders and conduct training sessions
  • 5Monitor daily transactions to verify user compliance
  • 6Provide technical assistance to cardholders and approvers
  • 7Identify challenges and collaborate with senior staff for resolution
  • 8Participate in meetings to report on p-card program status
  • 9Promote utilization of certified MWBE vendors
  • 10Perform special projects as required
  • 11Ensure adherence to NYC PPB Rules and strict deadlines

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Superior organizational analytical and leadership abilities
  • 3Strong oral and written communication skills
  • 4Experience with PASSPort system
  • 5Understanding of NYC PPB Rules
  • 6Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
  • 7Working knowledge of PASSPort
  • 8Demonstrated experience with PASSPort
  • 9Preference for management experience in business promotion or urban economic planning
  • 10Minimum bachelor's degree and five years full-time paid experience
  • 11Two years managerial or executive experience required
