Owning overnight stocking operations at a high-volume Meijer store, you direct a team to keep shelves full and standards high. Reporting to the store director, you manage 5-10 team members across grocery and general merchandise. You own the P&L, shrink, and staffing for your shift. What You'll Do9
- 1Build the overnight stocking team by selecting, hiring, and training all new associates.

Requirements8
- 12-3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in management.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3Experience in customer service, product flow, or fresh departments like meat or bakery.
- 4Ability to read and interpret financial reports and use data for stocking decisions.
- 5Proven conflict resolution skills, addressing root causes not symptoms.
- 6Demonstrated ability to mentor hourly associates and management trainees.
- 7Proven track record of teaching suggestive selling techniques to teams.
- 8Successful completion of CPC or other required retail certifications.
